Famously known as “The Gorge”, I was commissioned to draw this location for a friend of mine, where he attended a wedding at this location in winter by travelling by skidoo to access this famous spot on the rock. As a gift to the bride and groom, he wanted to capture this moment as a drawing.

Here is a progress photo showing how far I had gotten after about 40 hours. The first drawn areas were started in 2023, however the bulk of the drawing was completed within the first 5 months of 2024.

The client rquested the original, however we agreed to permit a limited series reproduction be made so that others may enjoy a near identical version.
